Stratovolcano
The steep stratovolcano is located in SE Kamchatka about 45 km SW of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
In 1981 heavy rainsfrom cyclone Elsa caused landslides at the volcano.
Lavas flows 3000-4000 years ago dammed rivers and formed Zelenoe and Topolovoe lakes.
