The snowy mountains province is a small area of basaltic lava flows. In the south, lava flows are located near Bago Range, Cabramurra, Kiandra Cabrumurra, Tooma, and Tumbarumba. In the north, lava flows are located near Wee Jasper, Honeysuckle Range, and Crowpal Mountain.
