On 16th February 2012 a magnitude 5.8 earthquake hit 33 km Se of Koranga volcano.
2011 Earthquake
On 14th December 2011 a magnitude 7.1 earthquake hit 20 km SSE of Koranga volcano. The focus was at a depth of 120 km.
