Île aux Cochons is the westernmost of the Crozet Islands, 3000 km SE of Cape Town, South Africa. The island is 8 x 10 km wide and contains a single stratovolcano.
The volcano contains a summit caldera and over 60 scoria cones. The volcano summit is Mont Richard-Foy.
