Volcanic field
Beru volcano is located in central Ethiopia 110 km east of Addis Ababa. It is situated on the main ethiopian rift, 100 km east of Addis Ababa.
The volcano cotains a cone, wioth a 600 m diameter summit crater, breached to the SE. A large lava flow extends 7 km NNE.
