Compound volcano

Ambalatungan is a cluster of three volcanoes in northern Luzon. The other volcanoes include Bumabag, and Podakan. The volcano is composed of dacite lava.

Ambalatungan volcano contains a steep-walled crater with hot springs and solfatara. Bumabag volcano has two craters with fumaroles. Podakan volcano has a large steam vent.
