Caldera
El Aguajito Volcano is located on the Gulf of California coast. The volcano contains a 10 km wide caldera. The caldera is defined by a series of lava domes on its northern edge, which were formed 500,000 years ago.
Hot springs are located along the southern side of the caldera.
